Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care are recruiting Registered Nurses to deliver one-to-one paediatric care to children with complex needs in their homes, in Rahara, Co Roscommon. This role offers flexible night shifts up to 40 hours per week and a nurse-led organisation that prioritises quality and consistency.

Applicants should have NMBI registration (RCN/RGN/RNID), at least 1 year paediatric experience, and up-to-date training.

Qualifications

• Current NMBI registration (RCN, RGN, RNID).
• Minimum 1 year acute paediatric or relevant experience.
• Up-to-date mandatory training in line with NMBI requirements.
• Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland without sponsorship.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate one-to-one care.

BAYADA Home Health Care are currently recruiting for Registered Nurses to deliver one to one care to children with complex needs in their homes.

This is a unique opportunity for experienced nurses to focus on quality care, clinical excellence and meaningful connections outside the hospital setting.

We welcome applications from RCN/RGN or RNID qualified nurses with paediatric experience who are committed to compassionate, family-centered care.

You will be part of a dedicated care team, supporting children and families with clinical care in the home environment. This position offers flexibility, autonomy and the support of a nurse-lead organisation that prioritises quality and consistency.

Shift schedule: Night shifts, up to 40 hours per week available
