Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses to provide compassionate paediatric home care for children with complex needs in their own homes. This role suits Paediatric Nurses, Community Nurses or RGN/RNID professionals with paediatric experience to deliver one-to-one care with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current NMBI registration (RCN, RGN, RNID)
• Minimum 1 year acute paediatric or relevant experience
• Up-to-date mandatory training in line with NMBI requirements
• Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland without sponsorship
• Commitment to delivering compassionate one-to-one care

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-to-one paediatric nursing care in children’s homes
• Coordinate with families, caregivers and the BAYADA clinical team
• Maintain accurate records and ensure training compliance
• Support families with care planning and child safety during visits
