Job summary

PACIV is seeking an experienced Packaging Engineering Lead in Cork, Ireland to own end-to-end packaging execution for a demanding F&B project. You will lead a two-person team, coordinate with EPCM partners and suppliers, and drive commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ, and ramp-up to target OEE, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient packaging operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in F&B or related regulated process manufacturing.
• Strong experience leading CAPEX or greenfield/brownfield industrial projects.
• Experience with aseptic/high-hygiene packaging technologies and packaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the packaging engineering workstream for fillers and EOL, including installation, commissioning and qualification.
• Oversee concept, design, and execution of packaging systems and related hygienic utilities.
• Coordinate with EPCM partners, OEMs, and cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and on-time delivery.
