PepsiCo Internship Programme offers a 6-9 month hands-on experience in R&D packaging, based in Ireland. As an R&D Packaging Intern 2027 you will support development, testing, validation and commercialization of beverage packaging solutions.

You will gain practical lab experience with packaging materials, performance testing, data analysis, sustainability initiatives and innovation projects across PepsiCo's beverage portfolio, contributing to real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Execute Lab testing according to PepsiCo and industry standards.
• Datapack testing across all pack types.
• Follow all EHS guidelines while onsite.
• Work as part of a team to ensure testing turn around times are met.
• Take direction from junior engineers and other lab leads.
• Work on group Intern project.
• Develop a presentation based on the work completed through out the 6 months

Join the team as an R&D Packaging Intern 2027 and support the Packaging team in the development, testing, validation, and commercialization of beverage packaging solutions.

Working within a laboratory environment, the intern will gain hands‑on experience with packaging materials, performance testing, data analysis, sustainability initiatives, and innovation projects across PepsiCo's beverage portfolio.
