Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an R&D Packaging Intern for 2027 to support the Packaging team in the development, testing, validation, and commercialization of beverage packaging solutions. The role is based in a laboratory environment, providing hands-on experience with packaging materials, performance testing, data analysis, sustainability initiatives, and innovation projects across PepsiCo's beverage portfolio.

The 6- to 9-month internship programme is designed for high-potential undergraduate students

Responsibilities

• Execute Lab testing according to PepsiCo and industry standards.
• Datapack testing across all pack types.
• Follow all EHS guidelines while onsite.
• Work as part of a team to ensure testing turn around times are met.
• Take direction from junior engineers and other lab leads.
• Work on group Intern project.
• Develop a presentation based on the work completed through out the 6 months
