Job summary

WHOOP is seeking an Overnight Membership Services Representative in Limerick to deliver world-class support across phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot hardware, app, and data insights with empathy, identify opportunities to delight members, and surface insights to drive cross-functional improvements in the member experience.

Qualifications

• Eligible to live and work in Ireland.
• Must be able to work onsite 75% of the week in Limerick.
• Availability to work flexible shifts across a Monday–Sunday schedule (7pm–8am local time).
• Passionate about delivering a hospitality-driven member experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented while troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support across phone, email, and chat, creating personalized experiences.
• Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, app functionality, and member data insights with empathy.
• Identify opportunities to surprise and delight members through proactive service.
• Advocate for members by surfacing trends and capturing actionable feedback.
• Surface insights to inform cross-functional improvements to the member experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions per quality standards.
• Meet or exceed metrics for quality, response time, resolution time, and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate accountability, adaptability, and resilience across assigned shifts.
