Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking an experienced Outbound Operations Manager to lead Dublin warehouse activities, drive efficiency, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires directing a large team, managing inventory, and implementing process improvements across outbound logistics.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse management, Lean/Six Sigma approaches, and expertise with WMOS and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 5–7 years in warehouse management or logistics with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing teams of 190+ employees.
• Strong WMOS and inventory control knowledge.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct all outbound warehouse activities (storage, order fulfillment, shipping).
• Develop and implement policies to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions with inbound ops counterpart.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regs, and laws.
• Oversee maintenance and utilization of warehouse equipment and facilities.
