Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OTC operations across countries in partnership with 3PL.
• Ensure SOX/compliance, proper balance sheet reconciliations and month-end closes.
• Drive process improvements and automation in order-to-cash.
• Manage VAT shipments/transactions and customer billing across regions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Customer Service and Finance teams.
