Job summary

Galroireland is looking for a Staff Grade Occupational Therapist based in Portarlington. The role involves evaluating client needs, formulating treatment plans, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.

Applicants must possess a relevant degree, experience in occupational therapy, and a keen interest in working with individuals with ASD and ID. CPD opportunities are also available, and candidates should be ready for Garda vetting.

Qualifications

• Hold a Third Level degree in Occupational Therapy accredited by the relevant Occupational Therapy body.
• Submit proof of registration on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU.
• Have at least two years’ experience working as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an Occupational Therapy service of the highest clinical standard.
• Responsible for Occupational Therapy assessments and treatment plans.
• Liaise with management, care staff, and multi-disciplinary team members.
