Job summary

Abbott Nutrition is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Specialist to strengthen security across OT, ICS and IT in a major manufacturing environment. You will report to senior leadership and drive priority-based initiatives, aligning security with operations to protect critical production systems.

The role blends hands-on security with strategic influence, offering visibility across Engineering, Automation and Corporate IT while advancing risk-based controls and secure architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in manufacturing or healthcare sectors.
• Strong OT/ICS security knowledge and industrial networks.
• Experience in risk assessments, threat modelling, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Assess cyber risks across industrial systems, networks, software and manufacturing infrastructure.
• Support threat modelling, vulnerability assessments and mitigation planning.
• Help implement secure architectures, network segmentation and appropriate cybersecurity controls.
• Coordinate incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Work with internal teams to maintain compliance and improve security maturity.
