Job summary

Specsavers Ireland is seeking a Retail Supervisor to assist store directors with retail operations, supervising and coaching staff to uphold high technical standards and customer service while driving performance targets.

You will use KPIs to increase sales, minimise costs and maximise profits, while supporting the store team with training, development and a warm, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. Optics experience is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
