Job summary

Rhenus Logistics in Dublin is seeking a General / Business Unit Manager to lead operational activity across Dublin locations, owning the P&L and collaborating with senior management to drive strategy and financial performance.

You will oversee a cross-functional team, ensure regulatory compliance (COMAH), and deliver sustainable growth while maintaining high service levels and cost control.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate extensive industry knowledge and experience.
• Senior level operational role previously.
• Track record of achieving targets and financial results.
• Knowledge of Tier 1 COMAH requirements desirable.
• Education at Graduate level or above or appropriate industry experience.
• Knowledge of ERP / WMS KPI’s in a 3PL setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational activity across the Dublin location and sites.
• Own the P&L, participate in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Develop and execute the operational strategy with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Ensure site compliance with COMAH Regulations and MAPP.
• Serve as main point of contact for HAS and EPA.
• Lead cross-functional team including operations, HSEQ, customer service and transport.
• Collaborate with Commercial to translate new business into delivery.
• Drive productivity, performance and profitability; align with business plan.
