Performs and adheres to health & safety, operational and quality work instructions, procedures and policies to ensure the production of quality product in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. Role will initially be a 6-month F.T.C.
Shift 1 Mon, Tue, Wed and every second Sunday 8am-8pm
Shift 2 Thur, Fri, Sat and every second Sunday 8am-8pm
Shift 3 Sun, Mon, Tue and every second Saturday 8pm-8am
Shift 4 Wed, Thur, Fri and every second Saturday 8pm-8am
Key Responsibilities and End Results: (Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to the following):
- Adherence to all Work Instructions / Procedures.
- Equipment operation.
- Component inspection.
- Ensure accurate completion of all relevant production documentation.
- Achieve all production targets.
- Supports all company quality programs and initiatives.
- Timeliness in addressing Quality System Requirements.
- Principles of data integrity must be strictly adhered to.
- All activities to be performed in strict accordance with the Quality Management System.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping at all times.
- Be proactive in approach to continuous improvement and to waste reduction.
- Constantly seeks to improve work processes; Has a quality-first mentality; Learns from internal and external best practices to apply to her/his work
- Supports all company Lean Manufacturing principles
- Must take personal accountability for your own safety. Support culture of safety management through compliance with all safety policies, safety observation reporting and proactive involvement in Jabil AIM and Safety First programmes.
- 100% Compliance on Monthly Safety Procedures Training. on Monthly
- Ensures compliance with all company policies and practices in areas such as safety and all regulatory compliance.

- Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as needed, based on the evolution of the company and the requirements of the department/position.
Job Specifications:
The minimum education and experience required to perform this job competently.
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing experience essential.
- Experience of cGMP preferable.
- Previous Quality / Quality Control / Metrology experience an advantage.
- Basic I.T skills and good numerical ability.
- Fluent English with strong oral & written communication skills.
- Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Flexible, committed and results orientated individual.
