Job summary

Qualifications
- Supervisory experience in production or services.
- Experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Forklift driving experience is an advantage.
- Experience in a commercial/manufacturing environment.
- Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve production targets.
- Support staff with accommodation and support needs to fully participate in work.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and operational controls.
- Operate equipment and provide hands‑on technical support.
- Maintain production‑floor quality checks, traceability and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate daily workflow and support operational planning.
