Qualifications
- Supervisory experience working in a production environment is desirable.
- Experienced in the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Forklift driving experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve production targets.
- Support staff with accommodation and support needs.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards.
- Operate equipment and provide hands-on technical support.
- Maintain production-floor quality checks.
