Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking an Operations Readiness Agile Project Manager (Tax) to coordinate technology, product development and operations across stakeholders. You will ensure robust requirements, assist with test scripts and execute testing in UAT and Production, while managing plans and budgets in an Agile setting.

Responsibilities include backlog refinement, data mapping support, risk planning and clear stakeholder communication. A hybrid Dublin role with a competitive package awaits.

Qualifications

• Extensive years of banking experience preferred.
• Ideally PMP / Agile qualifications.
• Knowledge of project metrics, reporting and trend analysis.
• Ability to develop project plans and manage deadlines and goals.
• Strong familiarity with JIRA, MS Excel, Visio, Project and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Owners to define scope, goals and deliverables.
• Assist in creating and maintaining refined, prioritized product backlogs.
• Support data mapping, gap analysis and requirement gathering.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets in Agile.
• Monitor progress, track metrics and report status to stakeholders.
• Support UAT and track Operational Readiness activities.
• Establish project communications and create a risk management plan.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create, track and close contracts.
