Job summary

Citigroup's Citi Dublin is seeking an Operations Readiness Agile Project Manager (Tax) to coordinate with technology, product, operations and other stakeholders to ensure robust requirements and successful UAT and production rollout. You will lead backlog refinement, develop project plans, monitor progress, manage budgets and communicate status.

Qualifications

• Extensive years of relevant experience, preferably in banking.
• PMP / Agile qualifications preferred.
• Ability to develop project plans, manage deadlines and goals.
• Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics.
• Good/advanced knowledge of JIRA, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Project, MS SharePoint.
• Tax knowledge is of benefit but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of product backlogs, ensuring they are refined, prioritized, and ready for development.
• Support as required with data mapping, gap analysis and requirement gathering for projects in scope.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, adapting them as needed in an Agile environment.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Work with operations to support UAT & track Operational Readiness activities
• Establishes project communication needs and create project communication plan.
• Creates the project risk management plan.
• Partners with cross function peers to create, administer, track, and eventually close project contracts.

Job description

Operations Readiness Agile Project Manager (Tax) works with technology, product development, operations and other stakeholders ensuring requirements are robust. We ensure that adequate resources are available to support testing / rollout and manage testing in UAT, and Production.

We assist Ops staff with requirement writing and work with Tax technology, product development and other stakeholders re project deployment ensuring requirements are robust and we assist Ops staff with test script writing and test execution.

Responsibilities
