Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Ireland is seeking an Operations Readiness Agile Project Manager (Tax) to coordinate with technology, product, and operations teams. The role ensures robust requirements, supports UAT and testing, and maintains project plans and budgets in an Agile setting.

The candidate will refine product backlogs, map data, perform gap analysis, and report progress to stakeholders. Hybrid work is offered with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive years of relevant experience, preferably in banking.
• Ideally will have PMP / Agile qualifications.
• Ability to develop project plans, manage deadlines and goals.
• Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics.
• Good/advanced knowledge of JIRA, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Project, MS SharePoint.
• Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
• Tax knowledge is of benefit but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support as required with data mapping, gap analysis and requirement gathering for projects in scope.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, adapting them as needed in an Agile environment.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Work with operations to support UAT & track Operational Readiness activities
• Establishes project communication needs and create project communication plan.
• Creates the project risk management plan.
• Partners with cross function peers to create, administer, track, and eventually close project contracts.

Job description

Operations Readiness Agile Project Manager (Tax) works with technology, product development, operations and other stakeholders ensuring requirements are robust. We ensure that adequate resources are available to support testing / rollout and manage testing in UAT, and Production.

We assist Ops staff with requirement writing and work with Tax technology, product development and other stakeholders re project deployment ensuring requirements are robust and we assist Ops staff with test script writing and test execution.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product Owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
