Job summary

Google Ireland is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead data analytics initiatives within gTech Users and Products (gUP). You will design cross‑functional programs, build dashboards, and partner with Directors and VPs to inform business planning.

The role offers a competitive base salary in the €110k‑€112k range plus a 15% bonus target, equity and comprehensive benefits; a dynamic, global tech environment with lots of collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with data analytics and pipelines, generating data-backed insights from internal systems and tools to inform business planning.
• Experience designing and building reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders leveraging Google solutions (e.g., business intelligence platform).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current user experiences for inefficiencies and areas of DSAT. Develop a strategy to optimize existing user journeys and trailblazing new journey pathways, working with technical and business stakeholders to take this solution off of paper and bring it to life.
• Understand what information Managers, and Executives (Directors and VPs) need and the respective reporting necessary to make data-driven decisions within their projects and books of business. Bonus if you have data pipeline experience.
• Help us devise a strategy cross-gUP to ensure any disparate systems and tools can be optimized for maximum coverage from cradle-to-grave of work (project) requests
• Be able to successfully market and campaign ideas cross-organizations within a wide range of stakeholders (L3 - VP) to drive user adoption of new features, tools, and reports. Specialist in communications and stakeholder management.
