Job summary

wagamama is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a growing portfolio of restaurants across Ireland. You will guide general managers, develop high-performing teams, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while driving financial results.

Based in Ireland, you’ll partner with the property team to scout and open new sites such as Dublin and beyond. You’ll own the operations, implement scalable processes, and shape the future of wagamama’s Irish footprint.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-site restaurant operations.
• Strong people leadership and team development.
• Passion for food and guest experience.
• Ability to open new locations end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a growing patch of wagamama restaurants, guiding your general managers and lifting teams.
• Drive exceptional guest service and financial performance across sites.
• Partner with the property team to identify and open new locations in Ireland.
• Own the day-to-day operations and implement process improvements that elevate the brand.
