Job summary

wagamama in Ireland is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a growing patch of restaurants, mentor general managers and drive seamless, welcoming service across Dublin and beyond.

You’ll own performance, spot the small things that make a big difference, partner with the property team on new locations, and bring the wagamama energy from first walkthrough to opening night.

• Lead with confidence and ground it in hospitality leadership across a growing restaurant patch in Ireland.
• Guide and develop general managers, lift teams, and create welcoming, energetic environments.
