Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to own and elevate hotel operations, shape culture, and drive performance across departments. You will report to the General Manager, guiding teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting strategic growth and financial success.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in hotel operations management, strong leadership, and a proactive, guest-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a hotel operations management role.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• A creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
• Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment.
• Confident managing multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and guest-focused approach.
• Confident, ambitious, and proactive in approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to the General Manager for all hotel operations.
• Directly lead the heads of departments.
• Drive a culture of strong Health & Safety compliance.
• Ensure that all staff are consistently motivated and engaged to deliver excellence in service.
• Succession Planning – Lead the development and continuous learning of the hotel staff.
• Ensure the best level of customer care within the property.
• Support the profitability and cost management of the hotel.

As Operations Manager you will report directly to the General Manager. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success.
