Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Science.
• Minimum 7 years' experience as a Production Manager in pharma/chemical/food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills with customer focus.

Job description

Operations manager required for a global chemical manufacturing company. Part of the Site leadership team. Directs and coordinates all activities of production, planning, purchasing and warehousing to ensure the production and shipment of products in a safe, cost-effective and environmentally sound manner that maintains high standards for product quality and is responsive to customer needs and production requirements.

Leads and manages Production Supervisors overseeing the production processes. Develops and involves the production team to achieve world class performance through continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence initiatives

Experience:

Degree level qualification in Engineering/ Chemical engineering /Science

Minimum of 7 Years relevant experience as a Production Manager in a pharma/ Chemical/ food manufacturing environment
