Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for an established Irish business in building services. You will streamline processes across sales, logistics, procurement and projects, driving operational excellence and scalable systems to support growth.

You will lead SAP and CRM integration, develop SOPs, KPI dashboards, and collaborate with Finance, IT and senior management to align objectives with measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in applying process improvement within technical distribution, engineering, manufacturing or building services environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems with emphasis on SAP integration and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Review and optimise operational processes across sales, logistics, procurement and project delivery.
• Lead development and optimisation of SAP and related business systems with CRM integration.
• Create, implement and maintain SOPs for core activities.
• Collaborate with senior management to translate strategy into operational plans, KPIs and dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement in order management, supply chain, stock control and project fulfilment.
• Ensure data integrity and compliant reporting in coordination with Finance and IT.
• Support sustainability goals by reducing waste through data-driven decisions.
• Foster collaboration between Logistics, Technical, Estimating and Procurement teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide leadership and coaching to cross-functional teams to promote accountability and innovation.
