Job summary

Edwards Vacuum in Dublin seeks a senior operations leader to act as the focal point for divisional leadership across remanufactured pumps and offsite manufacturing. You will oversee services strategies, manage budgets, and lead continuous improvement while ensuring safe, ISO-compliant operations.

The role requires a university degree in engineering or business, 5+ years in manufacturing/Reman operations, strong communication, and proficiency in SAP/MS Project.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher in engineering or business.
• Minimum 5 years in technical product manufacturing/remanufacturing operations/management.
• Strong communication, organizational and influencing skills.
• Experience with change management, teamwork, active listening, collaboration and empathy.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point for divisional leadership teams and oversee services business performance.
• Manage service process improvements, staffing, inventory, and budgets to meet targets.
• Drive customer issue resolution and coordinate with STC, HR, Quality and Engineering.
• Develop and mentor service team leaders to optimize resources and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and ISO procedures; support continuous improvement.
