Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, chemistry or related field; MBA preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification desired; extensive improvement experience.
• 15+ years in Operations with 10+ years in a leadership role within cGMP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations strategy across multiple disciplines in Wexford Manufacturing.
• Drive safety, sustainability, quality, service and cost targets via global alignment.
• Oversee P&L planning, budgeting, and capital planning for site initiatives.
• Ensure timely New Product Introductions, product transfers and manufacturing launches.
