Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Operations Director for an internationally renowned manufacturer in Connacht. You will lead multiple teams and shape operational strategy in engineering and production.

The role offers a €95,000 base with training, progression and additional benefits. You will be based at the HQ on a Monday-to-Friday onsite basis, driving continuous improvement and long-term growth across the business.

Do you have Operational Management experience within Engineering or Manufacturing looking to join an internationally renowned manufacturer and play a vital role in the ongoing growth and development?

You will be based out of their HQ on a Monday - Friday basis. You will play a vital role in the operations across the business, overseeing a range of teams from Engineering, Procurement and Production and drive processes forward.

This role would suit an Operations Manager, Leader or Director looking for further technical development, clear progression and to work within a lead business.

The Role:

• Operational Management - overseeing small team and day to day.
• Working within large manufacturing plant.
• Monday to Friday onsite.

• Experience within Engineering or Manufacturing.
• Commutable to Connacht.

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set and will be decided by our client, the employer.
