Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking an Agency Recruitment Consultant in Ireland to own end-to-end recruitment for high-profile clients. You will manage candidate and client interactions, negotiate terms, and close deals while driving results and exceeding KPIs.

Total Compensation for an Average Earner:

Base Salary + Uncapped Committed + Additional Bonuses = Unlimited Potential!

• Year 1 – €48,000+
• Year 2 – €75,000+
• Year 3 – €108,000+
