  • Manage returned assets and ensure accurate processing.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, inspection, put-away and cycle counting.
  • Process shipping and receiving in line with Oracle policies and logistics procedures.
  • Collaborate with outsourced logistics provider to coordinate daily operations.
  • Produce operational reports and updates on inventory and service performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining compliance.
  • Ensure work areas are safe, organized and compliant with Oracle standards.
  • Deliver professional service to Oracle employees requiring hardware support.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and logistics partners.

As an Operations Analyst within Oracle's Manufacturing & Distribution team, you'll play an important role in ensuring employees receive the technology they need, when they need it. From preparing new hire equipment and managing inventory to coordinating asset recovery and shipping, you'll help keep Oracle's global operations running efficiently.

Working alongside a small, collaborative team and our outsourced logistics partner, you'll manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware assets while delivering a high-quality internal customer experience. About the Team

Oracle's Manufacturing & Distribution (M&D) team is responsible for ensuring hardware assets are received, managed, distributed and recovered efficiently throughout their lifecycle.

The team works closely with internal stakeholders and trusted logistics partners to support employee onboarding, hardware replacements, asset returns and inventory management. Every process is designed to deliver an exceptional internal customer experience while maintaining high standards of accuracy, governance and operational control.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do

As an Operations Analyst, you'll take ownership of a broad range of operational activities including:

Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, fulfilment and recovery of IT hardware assets.
  • Prepare equipment for new hires and process replacement hardware requests.
  • Manage returned assets and ensure they are processed accurately.
Inventory & Logistics
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, inspection, put-away and cycle counting.
  • Process shipping and receiving activities in line with Oracle policies and logistics procedures.
  • Work closely with Oracle's outsourced logistics provider to coordinate daily operations.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accurate operational records using Oracle systems.
  • Produce operational reports and provide regular updates on inventory and service performance.
  • Review documented procedures and identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining compliance.
  • Ensure work areas remain safe, organised and compliant with Oracle standards.
Collaboration & Customer Service
  • Partner with Manufacturing & Distribution colleagues across multiple locations.
  • Deliver a responsive, professional service to Oracle employees requiring hardware support.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and logistics partners.
What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines operational experience with a strong commitment to quality and process.

Essential Experience
  • 5-7 years' experience in logistics, operations, inventory management, supply chain or hardware distribution.
  • Experience working within structured, process-driven operational environments.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new operational systems.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience supporting IT hardware or asset management operations.
  • Knowledge of desktop hardware configuration or PC repair.
  • Experience working with outsourced logistics providers.
  • Familiarity with Oracle applications or similar enterprise systems.
