Job summary

AXA Partners is seeking an Operations Analysis Lead to support the Head of Operations in managing performance, driving strategic projects, and ensuring budget alignment across a multi-country environment.

You will coordinate governance, prepare presentations, and help prioritise initiatives while maintaining effective communications across functions and with Group stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Executive support to the Head of Operations; prepare meetings, briefs, and archived documents.
• Coordinate governance of the Operations team; agendas, presentations, actions, and delivery tracking.
• Ensure meetings run efficiently; content, timing, and outputs.
• Prepare strategic/operational notes and presentations for the SLT and executives.
• Follow up decisions and keep stakeholders informed in a timely manner.
• Provide insights to improve governance and function efficiency.
• Represent the Head of Function in meetings when needed.
• Build and deliver an Operations communications plan with key stakeholders.

Protection is seeking its next Operations Analysis Lead !

This position allows you to support the Head of Operations in managing and maximizing the function’s performance, in line with our strategy: meeting deadlines, controlling costs, and ensuring optimal quality.

Dimension of the role :

This role provides essential support to the Head of Operations by working daily on strategic activities, leading major initiatives, and ensuring smooth communication and effective coordination among teams and across different functions. As the link between executive management and the teams, you will help prioritize and drive strategic projects while ensuring compliance with budgets and the FTE plan. You will play a central role in optimizing operations, driving organizational priorities, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the Operations Management team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Executive support
• Anticipate needs from the head of Operations: ensuring that content for all meetings are prepared, briefs communications drafted, priorities hierarchized and managed, documents stored and archived
• Co-ordinate and manage the governance of the Operations team including preparation of agendas, presentations, recording and follow up of actions, track and monitor delivery of goals, cascade information, co-ordinate information requests and other support required
• Ensure that meetings are efficiently run in content, timing and output
• In conjunction with the Leadership team, prepare strategic or operational notes and presentations for various audiences: functional SLT, anticipate and review documents presented at AXA Partners Protection Executive Committee; collaborate closely with teams on topics of shared interest to ensure effective preparation of meetings and presentation material
• Ensure that decisions taken are followed up and implemented effectively and that all stakeholders are kept informed of decisions and actions in a timely manner
• Regularly provide insights on ways to clarify the governance and improve the efficiency of the function
• Represent the Head of Function in meetings as necessary

• Communication

• Build and deliver the Operations communication plan in collaboration with Leaders and other key stakeholders such as Global HRBP, Transformation and Change teams, communication teams, local management and champions
• Support the head of Operations in communicating through multiple channels with the teams across the world
• Organise the management offsite meetings in collaboration with HR, town hall events, seminars and events to ensure a strong communication approach from leadership
• Contribute to increase communication on our transformation and business activities
• Maintain an up-to-date organisation chart of the Function

• This role is flexible and may evolve to cover a wide range of topics based on the organization's needs.
