Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing sciences/technical development for biologics or parenteral drug products.
• Strong technical leadership with hands-on manufacturing operations experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Statistica, and SIMCA.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with ability to make real‑time decisions.
• Experience leading technology transfer projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, on-site technical leadership during manufacturing operations, ensuring timely decision-making during live processing.
• Lead rapid assessments and CAPAs for process and product impacts, requiring immediate access to the manufacturing floor and equipment.
• Engage daily on-site with Manufacturing, Quality, and Process Engineering to develop and execute SOPs and batch records.
• Perform real-time data review and trending using Tableau, Power BI, and SIMCA to mitigate risks.
• Lead or support technology transfers from development to manufacturing facilities.
• Own all technical components of transfer activities, partnering with Process Engineering and Quality Assurance.
• Identify and lead optimization initiatives to improve productivity and robustness on the manufacturing floor.
• Drive implementation of improvements on the manufacturing floor and monitor effectiveness on-site.
• Coordinate technical reports for deviations, CAPAs, and technology transfer optimization as SME.
• Support regulatory interactions, including filings and inspections, providing immediate technical support.
