Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Security Officer to join our on-site team in Clonmel. The role focuses on welcoming visitors, ensuring professional security, and maintaining smooth day-to-day building operations.

You will manage reception duties, support hosts, stay updated on policies, answer calls promptly, coordinate with Building Management, and control visitor parking to ensure correct bays are used.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar security role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Excellent attention to detail and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors using correct protocols.
• Day-to-day running of the building.
• Maintain high service in receptions and meeting suites, contacting hosts as needed.
• Keep policies and systems up to date to assist staff and visitors.
• Answer telephone promptly and direct calls or take messages.
• Coordinate with Building Management.
• Control car parking and allocate visitor bays.
