• PSA Licence is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors using correct protocols.
• Day-to-day running of the building.
• Maintain exceptional service in reception areas and meeting suites; contact meeting hosts.
• Answer telephone promptly and route messages.
• Coordinate with Building Management team.
• Carry out cleaning duties (vacuuming, dusting, surfaces).
