Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Raheen, Limerick, Ireland, is seeking a QC Sample Management Specialist to join our Quality Control team. This onsite, full-time role focuses on managing QC samples, maintaining chain of custody, and ensuring GMP-compliant documentation throughout the testing lifecycle.

You will work with LIMS to track samples, support shipment, inventory, and storage, verify calibrations, and contribute to SOPs and continuous improvement within a cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience in a laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or GMP-regulated environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, track, and manage QC samples using LIMS.
• Maintain chain of custody and GMP compliance.
• Support sample shipment, inventory, storage, and disposal processes.
• Review and document test results, reporting any quality concerns or anomalies.
• Maintain laboratory supplies and support laboratory readiness activities.
• Assist with controlled temperature monitoring and preventive maintenance activities.
• Verify instrument calibration prior to use.
• Write, update, and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, method validations, and project activities as required.
