Job summary

Air Apps is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our mobile and web apps. You will work with product managers, developers, and designers to validate features, identify issues, and help deliver smooth user experiences.

This fully onsite role is based at our Lisbon office, with openness to relocation support. If you enjoy structured testing, clear documentation, and collaborating across teams to improve product quality, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of manual testing experience.
• Knowledge of smoke and regression testing.
• Experience with at least one test management tool.
• Experience with Jira or Asana.
• Exposure to testing across different browsers and mobile devices.
• Basic browser developer tools.
• Clear communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform smoke testing and regression testing for releases.
• Execute manual test cases for web and mobile apps.
• Identify, document, and report bugs clearly.
• Support bug triage with developers and product teams.
• Use TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray to manage test cases.
• Log issues and track progress in Jira or Asana.
• Validate functionality across browsers and devices.
• Use browser developer tools to inspect elements and troubleshoot.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and documentation.
