Job summary

Kinisla is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their Charleville cheese processing plant in County Cork, Ireland. You will lead a 24/7 maintenance team, drive reliability and continuous improvement, and ensure assets operate at peak performance.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external experts, manage contractor activities, and uphold health and safety standards while developing training plans to maximise asset life-cycle performance. This is a full-time, onsite role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or relevant trade qualification.
• Practical application of Lean methodologies in a process-driven industry.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team, fostering a people-focused culture and technical capability.
• Drive health & safety culture and continuous improvement across 24/7 plant operations.
• Develop and implement engineering execution and asset life-cycle strategies.
