Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries and maintain records.
• Coordinate deliveries of raw materials and finished products.
• Schedule, track and monitor deliveries arriving by tanker, ISO tank and container.
• Liaise with suppliers, hauliers, customs agents and site personnel to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor shipments and follow up on delays; support export/import documentation.
• Maintain stock records and generate logistics reports.
• Support general office and facility administration activities.
