eir business talent is seeking an IT/OT Automation Engineer to plan and deliver projects spanning enterprise IT and OT environments. The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable outcomes across IT and OT systems.

The position is Athlone-based, fully on-site, with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and contract levels at Senior, Intermediate, and Junior.

Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering IT/OT projects with governance and reporting.
• Experience with pharma lifecycle processes (FDA regulated).
• Strong communication with senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end IT/OT projects from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, IT security, vendors, and integrators.
• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for OT systems and IT integrations.
• Ensure safety and compliance in delivery.
• Manage procurement, SOWs, milestones, and change control.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, UAT, documentation, training, and handover.
• Run governance cadences and drive continuous improvement.
