Job summary

Keelings Farms in Co. Dublin is seeking a Senior HR Administrator to support our HR function onsite at St. Margaret's. You will provide guidance to managers and staff on HR matters and assist the head of people with HR initiatives.

The role requires knowledge of Irish employment law, experience in investigations and disciplinary meetings, strong HRIS and MS Office skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• 3 years in a fast-paced HR department as an administrator.
• Experience in investigations and disciplinary meetings.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Irish employment law.
• Excellent interpersonal and written English.
• Right to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for HR queries; provide guidance to managers and staff in line with policies.
• Handle employee relations queries; resolve conflicts and manage disciplinary actions.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances with fair procedures.
• Deliver induction training and new-starter checks.
• Maintain accurate employee records and GDPR-compliant databases.
• Create and update contracts and personnel files.
• Coordinate staffing with planning/operations teams.
• Plan wellbeing activities across Farms with Operations Manager.
• Liaise with Payroll on changes in employee status.
• Prepare attendance and HR reports from the database.
