Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for our Clonee site in Co. Meath, Ireland.

The role focuses on leading a team to ensure accurate order picking, high service levels for stores and internal customers, and adherence to company policies in a fast-paced environment. You will drive operational efficiency, coach team members, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding Health & Safety standards and company values.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading warehouse teams and facilitating efficient operations.
• Ability to train new operatives and manage attendance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and record stock movements.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and safe handling practices.
• Proactive in identifying system improvements and optimising processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team to meet operational targets.
• Train new operatives and ensure high performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Record stock movements and support regular stock takes.
• Coordinate with Ashbourne warehouse and transport when required.
• Ensure safety policies and housekeeping standards are followed.
• Plan capacity and maintain equipment to ensure smooth operations.
