Job summary

Design Build Search seeks a Quantity Surveyor for a leading Mechanical Engineering company in Limerick. The role involves working on-site for a 2-3 year Pharmaceutical project, responsible for client and contractor interactions, and reporting to the Senior QS.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and experience in mechanical projects, with a focus on driving changes effectively. A familiarity with isometric drawings and process pipework knowledge is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Looking for someone with 2-5 years' QS experience.
• Mechanical experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site at a Pharmaceutical project for 2-3 years.
• Report to the Senior QS on the project.
• Drive the change process on site.
• Deal with clients and contractors daily.
