Job summary

Project Delivery Partners Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer to lead the commissioning and qualification of cleanrooms and utilities, with a focus on Water for Injection and Clean Steam systems. You will support facility and utility projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You will review design and C&Q documents, IQ/OQ/PQ, and manage site shutdowns, tie-ins, change controls, Go Live, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and contractors to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q) for cleanrooms and utilities, especially WFI & CS.
• Experience reviewing and executing IQ, OQ, PQ, and Summary Reports.
• Hands-on with site shutdowns, tie-ins, change controls, and Go Live procedures.
• Background in validation, engineering, construction, quality control, and supply chain projects.
• Experience managing contractors with focus on safety and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning & Qualification of Cleanrooms & Utilities, with expertise in WFI & CS systems.
• Review and execute design and C+Q docs, IQ/OQ/PQ, and related Summary Reports.
• Oversee facility/utility operations, including shutdowns and tie-ins, change control, and Go Live.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive validation, engineering, construction, and quality initiatives.
• Manage third-party contractors to meet safety standards and schedules.
• Drive project progress and resolve issues affecting timelines or quality.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders across levels.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of site systems and processes.
