Job summary

Parker Stewart is seeking a Project Manager for civil engineering and building projects based in Athy, Co. Kildare. This on-site, permanent role offers full ownership of delivery from inception to handover and close collaboration with clients, design teams and subcontractors.

You will manage programme, cost, quality and safety on-site, with a strong focus on recovering any programme slippage early. Excellent salary and package commensurate with experience, including a vehicle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' project management experience in construction or civil engineering.
• Delivery track record in at least two of: public sector, civils, building, private/residential.
• Degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Safe Pass and CSCS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from inception to handover.
• Manage programme, cost, quality and safety on site.
• Lead client, design team and subcontractors.
• Control procurement schedules, budgets and resource planning.
• Spot and recover programme slippage early.
