Job summary

Hollyfort Services in Ireland is seeking a carpenter for a full-time, on-site position. The company specialises in public works for government bodies, healthcare and county councils, offering a varied workload and opportunities to work with blue-chip clients.

You will join a dynamic team with over 25 years in operation, performing carpentry works and 1st/2nd fixing, while adhering to health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a carpentry role.
• Experience in roofing (preferred)
• Fully qualified through FAS/SOLAS (or international equivalent).
• Own tools and transport.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry works and finishes to the highest standards.
• Ensuring that problems are solved in a timely manner
• Experience of 1st and 2nd fixing.
• Guide junior staff members through their apprenticeship.
• Be team focused working well with others.
• Follow all Health and Safety procedures.
• Ensure PPE is worn at all times.
• Liaise with all departments of the business.
