We are seeking a number of skilled and experienced Carpenters to join our client’s team here in Ireland. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in carpentry, with expertise in constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials to construct buildings, furniture, and other structures.
  • Install structures such as windows, doors, staircases, and cabinetry with precision and care.
  • Repair or replace damaged woodwork, including flooring, roofing, and framing.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently, including saws, drills, sanders, and planers.
  • Ensure all work complies with building regulations, safety standards, and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to complete projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license and own transportation preferred.
