Job summary

Hearthstone Conservation Ltd is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join their team in Glanmire, Co. Cork. This full-time, permanent role focuses on carpentry across historic building restoration and traditional craftsmanship projects.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience, Safe Pass (or willingness to obtain), and a full driving licence is desirable. Salary is €36,605 per annum, with 39 hours per week and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience as a Carpenter.
• Safe Pass certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Full driving licence (B category) desirable.
• Physically fit and available for site work.

Responsibilities

• First and second fix carpentry and joinery on commercial fit-out and construction projects.
• Installing and fitting doors, door frames, skirting, architraves, partitions, boxing-in, flooring, and other timber elements.
• Reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Working as part of a team on various sites.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety.
