Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Ireland is seeking an Omnichannel Solutions Product Manager within the Merchant Services team to bridge strategy and delivery, owning stakeholder alignment across Product and Technology to enable end-to-end solution launches.

You will apply deep knowledge of European payments, define end-to-end requirements, and translate customer insights into actionable product specifications to build scalable merchant solutions, with emphasis on in-store and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments and omnichannel/merchant environments.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and plans.
• Strong collaboration with product, technology and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic decisions into a delivery plan and launch approach.
• Define end-to-end solution requirements, including functional and operational aspects.
• Map platform capabilities to in-store and omnichannel needs across regions.
• Partner with Technology to agree scope, sequencing, and delivery milestones.
• Lead stakeholder communication and alignment across a matrixed organization.
• Configure and tailor products to fit complex client use cases.
• Identify development requirements from customer feedback for improvements.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements with engineering.
