Job summary

myhalo is seeking an OmniChannel Sustainability Sales Executive to be the face of the brand on the shop floor, in social channels, DMs, and online storefronts. You’ll promote pre-owned devices, guide customers, and turn conversations into sustainable choices.

Role requires comfort with both in-person and digital conversations, and a proactive mindset to use AI tools for accurate, on-brand messaging. Competitive base salary with attractive KPI-driven commissions is offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Retail Management, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for diverse customer base.
• Experience in consumer electronics is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate sustainability and engage the brand across in-store and online channels.
• Assist customers with trade-ins, buybacks and device recommendations.
• Handle digital campaigns, social posts and AI-assisted replies for consistency.
• Maintain accurate records for trade-ins, repairs and warranties; ensure data security.
