Job summary

White Recruitment Limited is seeking an Ocean Freight Coordinator to manage import shipments from start to finish in a hybrid Dublin role. You will focus on ocean imports, with export experience as a bonus, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have strong organisational and communication skills, and a proactive approach to handling multiple shipments simultaneously in a global logistics network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding, ideally focused on imports.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end import process and shipping documentation.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive and comfortable managing multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Ocean Export experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipments from start to finish with emphasis on Ocean Imports.
• Coordinate documentation and compliance for import shipments.
• Monitor milestones, transit times and carrier performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
