Cpl Healthcare is recruiting an experienced Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) for a part-time, on-site role in Tallaght, Dublin. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 3 days per week, no nights or weekends, and works with a leading multinational employer.

The role requires an RGN with NMBI registration; a postgraduate qualification inOccupational Health is preferred. Competitive CNM2 scale salary is on offer, with GDPR-compliant record-keeping and strong HR collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full occupational health nursing service on-site.
• Conduct health surveillance, health screening, and health promotion programmes.
• Perform pre-employment medicals and fitness-to-work assessments.
• Manage workplace injuries, illness, and case management.
• Support absence management and return-to-work processes.
• Liaise with HR, management, and external medical providers.
• Maintain accurate clinical and occupational health records in line with GDPR.
